Lower Colorado River Projects
H20 Marina Reconstruction (Havasu Landing Casino Relocation), Chemehuevi Indian Tribe, Havasu Lake, San Bernardino County, California
Obtained the Individual Section 404 Permit for the Chemehuevi Indian Tribe's proposed redevelopment and relocation of the Havasu Landing Marina and Casino at the H20 Marina site along the western shore of Lake Havasu in California. The project consisted of 160 acres for hotel/casino development, RV park, parking lots, dry storage, maintenance dredging, wash diversions, and a 120-slip marina. Prepared the Individual Section 404/10 Permit application, including Jurisdictional Delineation (JD) for wetlands and waters of the U.S., Alternative Analysis, biological surveys & evaluation, Public Notice, and Environmental Assessment (EA) for the US Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. EPA's Section 401 water quality certification.
Bridgewater Channel Dredging Project, Lake Havasu City, Mohave County, Arizona
Prepared the Biological Evaluation and EA for maintenance dredging of the Bridgewater Channel under the London Bridge at Lake Havasu, AZ for Lake Havasu City.
Laughlin Bay Marina, Laughlin, Clark County, Nevada
Prepared the Individual Section 404/10 Permit application in conjunction with London Bridge Marine for dredging, 3-lane boat ramp, seawall, and 120-slip marina in Laughlin, Nevada. Prepared the Biological Assessment, Alternatives Analysis, wetland delineation, wetland mitigation and monitoring plan, SWPPP, and emergency management plan.
Pirate's Den RV Resort and Marina, Parker, La Paz County, Arizona
Prepared a Section 10 marina permit application for the Corps of Engineers, EA for the BLM, and Storm Water Plan for construction of the Pirate's Den concession at the La Paz County park on the Parker Strip in western Arizona.
Nautical Inn, Lake Havasu City, Mohave County, Arizona
Conducted the federal and state environmental permitting for a new boat ramp, new 16-slip docks, and relocation of the existing docks for the Nautical Inn on Lake Havasu.
Topock 66 Spa & Resort, Topock, Mohave County, Arizona
Prepared Corps of Engineers Section 404/10 Permit application and Biological Evaluation for maintenance dredging, new docks, a seawall, and expansion of the existing boat ramp for Topock 66 Spa & Resort on the Colorado Rive at Topock Marsh in Mohave County.
Pirate Cove Resort & Marina LLC at Park Moabi, Needles, California
Prepared the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 10 marina permit application, Biological Assessment and EA for BLM Lake Havasu Field Office for restaurant, park model construction and marina upgrade, Habitat Conservation Plan, and Bank Restoration Plan.

Prepared Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permit applications and a Biological Evaluation for maintenance dredging for the Dam Hideway Resort, as well as Biological Surveys and Evaluations and a Section 10 dock permit for 6 RV properties on the Colorado River along the Parker Strip, in western Arizona and eastern California.
Willow Beach Flood Control Improvement Project, Lake Mead National Recreation Area, below Hoover Dam, Arizona
Prepared the Individual Section 404/10 permit application and JD for the construction of flood control improvements at the National Park Service (NPS)'s Willow Beach recreational area for HDR Engineering.
Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Ferryboat Channel Dredging Project, Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona
Prepared the Section 404 permit application and Biological Evaluation for maintenance dredging of the ferry channel.
Havasu Riviera State Park, Lake Havasu, Mohave County, Arizona
Prepared the wetland delineation and Individual 404 Permit, Biological Assessment, Archaeological Report, 401 water quality, and US Coast Guard PATON permit applications for the new Arizona Riviera State Park in Lake Havasu, Arizona. Achieved 404 permit issuance within one year.

Prepared Environmental Analyses for Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) and New Mexico State Highway Transportation Department (NMSHTD) environmental clearances for over 100 contractor-furnished material sources.
