H20 Marina Reconstruction (Havasu Landing Casino Relocation), Chemehuevi Indian Tribe, Havasu Lake, San Bernardino County, California
Obtained the Individual Section 404 Permit for the Chemehuevi Indian Tribe's proposed redevelopment and relocation of the Havasu Landing Marina and Casino at the H20 Marina site along the western shore of Lake Havasu in California. The project consisted of 160 acres for hotel/casino development, RV park, parking lots, dry storage, maintenance dredging, wash diversions, and a 120-slip marina. Prepared the Individual Section 404/10 Permit application, including Jurisdictional Delineation (JD) for wetlands and waters of the U.S., Alternative Analysis, biological surveys & evaluation, Public Notice, and Environmental Assessment (EA) for the US Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. EPA's Section 401 water quality certification.
