Himes Consulting LLC is an environmental consulting firm dedicated to provide cost-effective solutions to environmental permitting and planning.  Himes Consulting LLC was founded in 2000, in response to client preferences to work directly with individual experienced environmental professionals.

Himes Consulting LLC partners with engineering, architectural, planning firms and contractors to provide clients with full-service when needed.

​Jill Himes founded Himes Consulting LLC in response to client preferences to work directly with experienced environmental professionals.

Ms. Himes has been practicing environmental management throughout the western United States, Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, and the greater Pacific for over 25 years.  She specializes in regulatory compliance and analyses related to major environmental statutes, including the Clean Water Act, the Rivers and Harbors Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Endangered Species Act.
